About the role:
We are currently searching for a Digital Business Analyst with experience working with Patient Administration and Clinical scheduling software or similar to join our high performing Digital Service team. You will play an important role in scoping, testing and delivering enhancements on various digital systems and ensure they are well supported across the hospital network. Your experience as a business analyst will allow you to pivot from designing and delivering enhancements to supporting the operational adoption and business process mapping to ensure a successful roll out of each project.
You will be based at National Support Office in Auckland CBD, however there will be some travel required and flexibility to work remotely.
What you need to be successful:
5+ years business analysis experience, preferably in a digital, analytical, software or product development environment
Experience or exposure to service/product design in agile, customer-centric working environments
Patient Administration
Healthcare or hospital knowledge desirable
Training or certification in Business Analysis skills from certified training bodies (e.g. IIBA)
Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language
Experience in the application of Facilitated Workshops, MoSCoW, Prioritisation, Iterative Development, Timeboxing, Modelling
Experience of using tools such as Jira, Visio, Trello, Test Rail, Miro, Agile Cards
Experience in application development and software development life cycle scenarios
An individual who is digitally savvy who demonstrates skills in partnering with customers and stakeholders to think and work creatively, using innovative methods to make comfortable decisions based on data/research or other reliable evidence
